Our Beer

Honey Chamomile Kölsch

This Strange Brew combines spelt (an ancient relative of wheat), chamomile and honey to produce a very unique twist on a a traditional style.

Something “Lite” #1

This is our first attempt at making a “lite” beer, but hopefully one that doesn’t suck! With a more flavorful selection of malt and hops than the standard “lite” beers, this is surprisingly more drinkable than you might think!

Russian Imperial Stout

Dark, full-bodied and bold, this Russian Imperial Stout boasts strong hop character that blends with the roasty malt character expected from such a strong beer.

Sweet Potato Ale

Autumn is a favorite season for many reasons, including the seasonal brews that come about such as Pumpkin Ales. We decided to put a twist on this popular style by substituting the pumpkin with sweet potatoes. Sure to be a fall holiday favorite, this brew is certainly unique!

Worstoberfest

As fall approaches, there is one beer in particular that comes to mind: Oktoberfest. Also known as a Märzen, this style is known for being very malty with a nice orange color, adding to those feelings of fall.

Saison 2011

“Saison” is French for season, due to it being brewed for the harvest season in the French-speaking region of Belgium. Also known as a farmhouse ale, this was traditionally less of a style and more of an attempt at throwing together an ale with whatever was around the farmhouse. Often this will include more than one variety of grain and even some spices to make a refreshing, yet unique brew.

Golden Ale

The Golden Ale is something closely related to a traditional German style known as Kölsch, being a clear beer, bright straw-yellow in color with a noticeable but not extreme level of hoppiness.

Cream Ale

On the lighter side of our brews, this Cream Ale looks deceivingly like a commercial brew, but don’t be fooled. It is full of flavor with a nice creamy finish that leaves you wanting more.

Citra India Pale Ale

This is not your average India Pale Ale. With a generous amount of citrusy hops, this brew is both far more bitter than you might expect, while carrying a complexity that your taste-buds won’t be ready for!

Strange Brew #1

Our first “strange brew” in the series, this takes some ancient brewing techniques and ideas, including ingredients such as homemade bread, spices and even chamomile.
